How to Make Sweet Hash Browns Potatoes AKA O’Brien Potatoes

This Hash Sweet Potato Breakfast – or tasty side dish dinner – takes less than an hour do and only require one pan.

Here’s how to do it easier, tastier O’Brien potatoes recipe with sweet potatoes and vegetables:

First, preheat the oven to 450 degrees F and lay out a large 13X18 inch pan pan.

Next, prepare the sweet potatoes. Peel the bones 1/3 inch cubes, and place the cubes on the baking sheet. Drizzle oil on top, and toss in clothes so that potatoes cook evenly and not brown.

Then seed and chop the bell pepper and jalapeno. Chop the onion and mince the garlic. Add the chopped peppers, onions, and garlic to the baking sheet and the sweet cube potatoes. Now add the thyme leaves, paprika, 1 ¼ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper. Toss well and spread the rule to breathe on the baking sheet.

Cook for 15 minutes. Then flip with a spatula, spread again, and cook for another 15 minutes.

Flip the hash once again. Then send the prosciutto plucked on the head. Cook for several more minutes until the prosciutto is crispy.

Mix again, sprinkle with a little more fresh chopped thyme, and serve the hot hash browns.

How to store leftover food

Once the sweet potato hash has cooled, transfer leftover food to a tightly closed container and store in the refrigerator. O’Brien’s potatoes are holding up well for 3-4 days.

To heat, bake in a preheated 350 degree oven on a baking sheet for about 15-20 minutes, stirring half of cooking. You can also heat the sweet potatoes in the microwave, although they will lose some of their tender texture.

Portion: 6 portion

  • 3 spoon oil
  • 3 liv patat about 4 sweet potatoes
  • 1 bell pepper any color
  • 1 tas chopped onion

  • 2 spoon fresh thyme leaves or 2 teaspoons dry thyme
  • ½ teaspoon smoking paprika
  • 4 ons rache ham
  • Salt and pepper
  • Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Place a large 13X18 inch sheet pan.

  • Peel the sweet potatoes with the 1/3 cubic inch bone. Place the cubes on the baking sheet, drizzle oil on top, and toss the potatoes so the potatoes don’t brown.

  • Seed and chop the bell pepper and jalapeno. Then chop the onion and mince the garlic.

  • Add the chopped peppers, onions, and garlic to the sweet potatoes. Then add the thyme leaves, paprika, 1 ¼ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper. Toss well, and spread the ruler evenly over the baking sheet.

  • Bake for 15 minutes. Then flip with a spatula and spread again. Bake another 15 minutes.

  • Flip the hash once again. Then sprinkle the chopped prosciutto on top. Cook for another 10-15 minutes until the prosciutto is crispy. Mix and serve hot.
