From start to finish, you only need about 30 minutes to make these super-delicious Skinny Banana oatmeal.

  1. First preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line 2 large baking sheets with baking paper.
  2. Then mix the oats, almond flour, mashed bananas, brown sugar, egg, baking powder, vanilla and salt on medium speed in an electric mixer bowl. Stir until the biscuit dough mixture appears smooth.
  3. Turn the blender low and mix in half of the chocolate chips.
  4. Use a 1.5 tablespoon small spoon to dispense the cookies onto baking paper. Place them 2 inches apart.
