This simple recipe for salad dressing lasts to produce less than 5 minutes and is much better than a bandage from a store. In addition, you can adjust the salt, spices and sweetness to your liking to make it exactly the way you like it.
The composition of the recipe for the best dressing
This recipe is enough 7 ingredients to make! And I bet you have most of them in your pantry right now. If not, prepare a shopping list. What you will need:
- Red wine vinegar – This recipe offers a deep, delicate taste that offers a better full flavor than using regular white wine vinegar.
- Ketchup – The perfect blend of tomatoes and sugar to create a base.
- Darling – You can use either honey or agave! Of course, this gives the bandage a sweet taste.
- Worcester sauce – Salty salty spice that adds depth and intrigue.
- Smoked pepper – This will give the dressing a smoky taste. Try raising the temperature using hot smoked peppers.
- Onion powder – Get a more concentrated onion flavor with onion powder.
- Grape oil – If you do not have (or cannot find) grape oil, replace it with another tasteless oil.
How to make homemade Catalina dressing
- Pour vinegar, ketchup, honey, Worcestershire sauce, peppers, and onion powder in a blender. Cover and push.
- With the blender running, open the vent in the lid and slowly drizzle with oil emulsify into the mixer. Salt and pepper sample.
- Put the salad dressing in a cool airtight container for up to a month.
